Farina Di Vita has the best chicken cutlet sandwiches in the city. They're usually made pretty fresh-to-order, as opposed to other places that put cold cutlets basically straight out of the refrigerator into a sandwich and run it through a little conveyor toaster. The ingredients are top-notch, and though the sandwiches can take a little longer when they're busy (e.g. Eagles Sundays), they're totally worth the wait. We love the Damien Cutlet and the Gavone Cutlet. Farina Di Vita also usually has some very fun special sandwiches, often in collaboration with other great local businesses, so make sure to ask about those as well! Sandwiches run for ~$8 for a small and ~$16 for a large, pretty in line with pricing elsewhere in the city, and they do stuff them generously. One thing to note is that Farina Di Vita does not have seating, so plan on enjoying your sandwich at a nearby park or at home.

Fortunately, I was one of the lucky few to get in on the crab gravy/ravioli special pop up today. Let me say, they were the best ravioli EVER! The crab gravy was just as delicious! Huge shout out/thank you to Jason and his team!

The first thing to know when you're ordering a sandwich here is that they are HEFTY. Easily each sandwich can be two meals, which was an unexpected surprise! We ordered two sandwiches. I am always down for a pesto sauce so my favorite was the Michelina. The bread was truly the highlight: it was so fresh and served the pesto well. The cheese was also extraordinarily fresh so overall just a great sandwich. We also ordered the Bronco, which is a chicken cutlet sandwich with burrata because we will probably never say no to burrata. This was good, I'm overall not such a fan of chicken cutlet but I think it was executed well. This one is messy, so grab some napkins. The biggest drawback to this nice little shop is the wait. We were told about 20 minutes and it was probably closer to 30. There was maybe one other pair of people in the shop so not sure if the holdup was just a lot of pre-ordered sandwiches, which in retrospect is what is the easier thing to do. They don't have seating but about a block away is a really lovely park with benches and tables.

Had such a delicious sandwich here the other day. Planned to take a quick bite in the car and it was so good I ate half the thing right there. I had The Marie. Soft bread with crispy crust. The mozzarella was fresh, the prosciutto was perfectly thinly sliced and high quality, the tomatoes were perfectly ripe but not mushy. It was seasoned carefully, with fresh lemon zest to top it off. Everyone working was super welcoming, including the owner. The place is clean and I saw them putting on new gloves when making sandwiches. What a winner, I'm mad at myself for not stopping in sooner. Coming back asap for the Italian.

Best Italian Hoagie since they made them in Rome. Absolutely fresh, flavorful and craft made. Meats were cut to order, perfectly dressed and a very nice roll. Staff were friendly, shop was clean and organized. Most highly recommended.

Wow wow wow!! I have to say since becoming pescatarian I don't eat many sandwiches these days, and tuna isn't my ultimate choice but when I tell you something about that tuna hoagie that I had from Farina Di Vita was so nostalgic and just everything I needed! I have not stopped thinking about how delicious that sandwich was. The bread was one of a kind, and trust me, I am an Amoroso girl but I could tell that someone baked that bread with love. It was buttery, and flavorful, and I believe they receive their bread in house daily from a local bakery. It's always the little touches like this that go a long way for me because it's significant to their brand so it should be acknowledged. The tuna salad was made to perfection and of course I topped it off with some tomatoes, lettuce, onions and sweet peppers (the pickles were for my boyfriend haha) but this spot is without a doubt a 10/10 in my book. Thank you Farina Di Vita, you have a returning customer in me!

We had catering from here yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it! It was amazing and everyone at the party was raving. The chicken parm was just so good. It was not dry at all (so impossible to do!) and still saucy and cheesy. And literally people were able to CUT the huge cutlets with a plastic fork!!! Didn't even need a knife that's how tender it was. The green beans were literally the best green beans I ever ate. I am ruined for thanksgiving! My son ate the leftover hoagies in his lunch and he said they were "1000% better than any hoagie he has had" They were inexpensive, kind and helpful. I am getting my mom to order here for the holidays. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The photo is the only one I took but the food was also beautiful
